today when to east coast with temple friends ... its so fun lol !!
my friend looked at a femail friend and he crushed into another gal ...
lol and both of them ended up being injured .. haha

after that when home ... one of my friend motivated me to go and jog ... slow
phace ... long period ... lol
seriously after that i reached home .. i when down stairs to jog ... lol
way to tiring man ... but tml morning still will go jog .. well to train myelf ...
